Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team in the software development industry. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the development and success of our SaaS product portfolio, ensuring they meet the needs of our B2B clients. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch,in an agile environment.

·        Act as the Product Owner within agile team, managing and prioritizing the product backlog to meet customer and business needs.

·        Write clear and comprehensive user stories and product requirements thateffectively guide development teams.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives andtranslate them into actionable work for technical teams.

·        Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with theproduct roadmap and strategic goals.

·        Conduct research and gather customer feedback to inform product developmentand enhancements.

·        Create detailed product documentation to support development, usage, andpromotion of the product.

·        Oversee acceptance criteria and be accountable for quality to ensureproducts meet high-quality standards.

·        Liaise with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure the successfullaunch and adoption of products.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

·        3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in aSaaS-focused and B2B startup environment.

·        Proven experience in agile development processes and methodologies.

·        Strong experience as a Product Owner with a solid track record ofmaintaining product backlogs

·        Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language, withthe ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teamsin both Europe and US.

·        Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Monday orsimilar project management software.
