Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and insightful Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in bridging the gap between our technological capabilities and our clients' business requirements. Your primary focus will be to analyze customer business use cases, conduct comprehensive research, and gather requirements through various methods, ensuring a deep understanding of customers’ goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct thorough analysis of customer business use cases to identify their needs and objectives.

·        Engage with clients and stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.

·        Utilize analytical tools and techniques to map out processes and identify key areas for improvement and innovation.

·        Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and features.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for product development.

·        Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and analysis reports.

·        Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on product goals and expectations.

·        Support the development and testing lifecycle by providing clarity on business objectives and requirements.

·        Engage with clients (customers and users) located in the USA personally. This requires travelling, up to 3-4 trips per year and potentially staying for up to 2 months per trip. Personal engagement is essential for developing closer relationships with clients, allowing for in-person cooperation that enhances understanding and fosters more effective communication. Being on-site enables you to lead discussions, address concerns promptly, and ensure better coordination of efforts, ultimately driving successful outcomes for our projects.

Qualifications: more effective

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·        3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager or Product Owner with business focus, in the software development or SaaS industry.

·        Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights and requirements.

·        Strong skills in conducting interviews, leading workshops, and using other methods to gather requirements.

·        Excellent documentation skills and experience creating detailed business requirements documents.

·        Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a good eye for detail.

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

·        Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. UML diagram).

·        Highly customer-centric attitude.

·        Proficiency and excellent communication skills in English (USA).
